5'1-5'6 / 155cm-168cm and shorter: M
5'6-5'8 / 168cm-173cm: L
5'8-6'0 / 173cm-183cm: XL
6'0 and up / 183cm and taller: 2XL
*Waist has a couple inches of stretch but is somewhat fitted.
Max waist size is 3 inches over the listed size. So 37" for XL
