Refunds and Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s in its original condition.
Original Condition: Items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, or damage and in original packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our support team at talktosteeve@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Ship Your Item: Please use a trackable shipping service. Steeve is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process, and let us know which product you’d like instead. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirming your refund status. Refunds are processed within 7 business days and may take additional time to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Clearance, discounted or final sale items
- Gift cards
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, email talktosteeve@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll prioritize your replacement or refund request and cover any return shipping costs.
Warranty
We warranty our products against manufacturing defects. Damage from normal use is not covered. We review warranty requests on a case by case basis.
