SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship all our orders from Canada. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct, including apartment or unit numbers, and that all information is entered using alphabet letters. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we aim to send it as quickly as possible. please allow up to 3-5 days for this. Please note that processing times may be longer than usual during the first drop. 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incomplete address or a package is not collected from a postal office in time, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping your order.

*Please note: orders are shipped from Canada, and customers outside Canada may need to pay customs fees, duties, ect upon receiving their items. We are not responsible for these additional charges. Please make sure you're aware of the charges before purchasing. 

Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD / $215 USD does not cover duty or customs fees.

ORDER PROCESSING

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed, followed by another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.

Please note that once an order is packed and the tracking information has been sent, it is processed automatically and can no longer be modified or canceled. Make sure to double-check all order details before finalizing your purchase.

Allow a few days for your tracking number to become active. Once it’s active, the estimated delivery times apply.

SHIPPING TIMES

Approximate* shipping times are as follows:

  • 1-9 business days within Canada
  • 4-7 business days for USA
  • 5-12 business days for the rest of the world.

PAYMENTS

We accept following payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Be aware that if you don't purchase your order in your local currency then your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Note, that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.
